When reporting new issues please follow these guidelines.¶
- The Tracker (type of issue) options are 'Bug', 'Feature' and 'Support'. 'Bug' should be used when an error has occurred with your system. 'Feature' when new functionality or a change to existing functionality is required. 'Support' can be used to request information on how to perform a particular task.
- When adding a new issue, please include as much information as possible in the description and upload screenshots where possible. Include information such as the date and time the problem occurred, the screen where the problem occured, what you were trying to achieve and how as well as which web browser software was being used (e.g. Internet Explorer 9, Chrome, etc)
